1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hexatoolz ("the Service") at hexatoolz.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Hexatoolz provides free online tools including PDF converters (compress, convert to/from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, JPG), password generator, QR code generator, URL shortener, image compressor, color palette, unit converter, text tools, and age calculator. The Service is provided "as is" for personal and commercial use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Upload, process, or share content that infringes intellectual property, is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or phishing
  • Attempt to overload, disrupt, or compromise our systems
  • Scrape, automate, or abuse the Service beyond normal use
  • Use the URL shortener for malicious, deceptive, or illegal links

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of files and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested tool output. We do not store or use your content for other purposes. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Use the Service at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexatoolz and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for free use).

7. Intellectual Property

Hexatoolz, the Hexatoolz logo, and the Service design are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission. Our tools may use open-source software; respective licenses apply.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may include third-party services (e.g., Google AdSense). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will indicate the "Last updated" date when Terms change.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
